a resource for professionals & patients
Report St. CHarles
We're not just here for providers, we're here to help patients who believe they may have had their rights violated.
We can help you with resources, filing complaints and point you in the direction of what to do next.
We bring an anonymous factor into the picture. We can help share information with the correct people or guide you to report issues to the right people. If something is not right, we want it to be fixed. You can choose to remain anonymous.
There are a number of Federal and State laws that protect individuals from retaliation. An employer cannot retaliate by taking "adverse action" against workers who report injuries, safety concerns, or other protected activity.
Are you a healthcare professional or patient within the St. Charles Healthcare System? Do you have something to share that you feel people should be made aware of? Have your patient rights been violated?
Report St. Charles is an anonymous, community ran page designed to shed light on issues within our community health care system. We are also here to help provide resources for those who may need them. We are in no way affiliated with any medical practice.
Are you ready to change health care?
“The simple step of a courageous individual is not to take part in the lie. "One word of truth outweighs the world.”
- ALEKSANDR SOLZHENITSYN
“Better a cruel truth than a comfortable delusion.”
“I think it's fair to say that the promise of confidentiality is based on the confidence that what you're being told is true, ... You lose right to any confidentiality if you lie. Sources are whistleblowers - they're people who'll tell you the truth to change something.“
- DANIEL SCHORR
“Never be afraid to raise your voice for honesty and truth and compassion against injustice and lying and greed. If people all over the world...would do this, it would change the earth.”
- WILLIAM FAULKNER
“Truth never damages a cause that is just.”- MAHATMA GHANDI
“Whistleblowers tend to be those that are smart enough to know the law, or at least the difference between right and wrong. They also have sufficient commitment to the organization’s mission to stand against the boss. Too many bosses will chose to retaliate because they cannot stand the challenge to their power. In this context, the challenge is a more serious threat to the boss when the whistleblower is more knowledgeable and skilled.“
